The term Construction Design Management (CDM) is often used in construction developments and in plant installation and commissioning projects but what does it mean?
The Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations focus on health and safety being an integrated part of the design, planning and management of construction projects to reduce the risk of harm to those working within the industry.
For compliance, your construction project may require a Principal Contractor and/or Principal Designer to ensure safety standards and risks are mitigated at the design, planning, construction and maintenance stages of your project.
